Our order cut-off time is 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET).
Orders placed before 5:00 PM ET on a business day will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
6. How long does delivery take?
Our standard delivery timeline is:
Handling / Processing Time: 1–2 business days, Monday–Friday
Transit Time: 3–5 business days, Monday–Friday
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4–7 business days
Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time
7. How can I track my order?
After your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Please allow some time for tracking details to update after the carrier receives the package.

10. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may request a return after delivery according to our Refund and Returns Policy.
11. What is your return policy?
Nomeiz accepts returns within 30 days after delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be new, unused, in resalable condition, and returned with proof of purchase.
12. Who pays for return shipping?
For general returns such as change of mind, wrong item ordered, or buyer’s remorse, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described, Nomeiz will cover the return shipping cost or provide a suitable solution.

15. What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
If your ceramic item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@nomeiz.com.
Please include:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging, if available
- A short description of the issue
We will review the issue and provide a replacement, refund, or return instructions depending on the situation.
16. Do you charge hidden fees?
No. Nomeiz does not add hidden fees after checkout.
Product prices, applicable taxes, and order totals are shown at checkout before payment is completed.
