Return Window

Nomeiz accepts returns within 30 days after delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned within 30 days from the date the order was delivered to you.

Return Shipping Cost

Original shipping cost is not charged because Nomeiz offers Free Standard Shipping within the United States.

Return Method

Customers should use a trackable shipping method when returning an item. Nomeiz is not responsible for returned packages that are lost during return shipping if the customer selected the return carrier.


Refund Process

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described.

For a different product, size, color, or style, customers may return the original item according to this policy and place a new order.


Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may request a return after delivery according to this policy.


Late or Missing Refunds
